The best selling toning device is the contour belt. It is famous because of the infomercials that are used to promote it. The infomercials show that the belt has to be strapped on the waistline which will magically decrease the waistline and the extra pounds will also melt away. This would leave a person with amazingly slim abdominal muscles. Unfortunately this belt does not work that easily. It does work like all the other electronic devices that would contract the muscles and helps to build strong abdomen muscles. But these belts would not let you lose weight on its own. To get the desired results one has to exercise and eat well to burn the excess fat covering the abdomen. Only when this is done, results can be seen. When the total price of the belt is less, then the quality also diminishes. These belts still uses batteries to power the device which is outdated.
